Financial Management:
Responsible for fiscal oversight and budget management,
ensuring the allocation of resources aligns with our school's goals.
Operations, Facilities, and Asset Management:
Responsible for overseeing school operations, including the maintenance and upkeep of the campus.
This RC ensures a safe and conducive environment for learning and growth,
playing a vital role in the physical well-being of our school community.
Human Resources:
Primarily involved in onboarding, answering HR-related questions, managing the administration of BAO benefits,
and other general HR support services to foster a professional and nurturing workplace.
Registrar and Learning Management System (LMS):
Manages Student Data, Administers student enrollment, admissions, and the
effective use of our LMS facilitating a streamlined training experience.
BAO Service Operations:
Acts as the central reception hub, assisting with inquiries and visitor management, providing essential information,
ensuring a welcoming and organized entry point for students and staff, and promoting a secure learning atmosphere.
Health, Safety, and Security:
Implements measures to safeguard the well-being of students and staff, promoting a secure learning atmosphere.
Project Management:
Coordinates various projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and successful execution.
Communications, Development, and Alumni Relations:
Manages relationships with stakeholders and alumni, reinforcing our community connections. Focusing on building and sustaining
long-term relationships, facilitating communication, and actively engaging with Alumni
to maintain a solid and cohesive school community.
Social Media and Marketing:
Oversees the school's public image, engaging with the broader community through strategic marketing and social media outreach.
