At AGBU MDS it's not just about the learning we do in the classroom but the memories we create outside of traditional academics. Through celebrating holidays, commemorating cultural events, and giving back to the community, our elementary students enjoy an engaging, exciting atmosphere that promotes school spirit and belonging.
In conjunction with their classroom learning, students are also exposed to real world examples through various field trips that reinforce and support what they study in the classroom. Some field trips include California Mission visits, trips to the Science Center and History Museum, and trips to the Leonis Adobe. In 5th grade, students take a day trip to our State's capital of Sacramento where they visit the State Building and meet members of California's Assembly.
